Visitor Visa is a nonimmigrant visa that is required for an individual who wishes to enter a foreign country for holidays, business, tourism or the combination of both for a temporary stay. A Visitor Visa allows a foreigner to enter, remain within, or leave the territory keeping in mind that it is a conditional authorization. Generally, a Visitor Visa includes limits on the duration of a foreigner’s stay in the territory, dates they may enter and the number of permitted limits. In every case, a visa is subject to entry authorization by an immigration officer at the actual time of the entry and can be revoked at any given time. In general, there are majorly two kinds of Visitor Visa authorizations either a Sticker on the individual’s passport or an electronic authorization received via mail which can be printed before departure and should be produced on both departure and arrival on foreign territory. - must have strong incentives to return to their home country.
Visitor Visas can be a single entry, double-entry or multiple entries which permit the traveler to travel and enter a territory depending upon the entries given in their Visa. In some cases the Visitor Visas are issued with a mention of the start of the visa date, thus it should not be confused with the issuance of the Visa Date.
